Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Noor Takaful Insurance Limited in Lagos.
• The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer service, training sales teams, and implementing sales management strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in sales, marketing or Insurance.
• Experinced Insurance Corporate Marketer (Broker and Direct market)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Training skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
