Job Position: Sales & Customer Representative

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Highly motivated, customer-centric and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales.
