We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Stores Officer

Job Location: Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description


  • Ascertain value of stock held and submit periodic reports based on functions.
  • Shall establish and implement good warehousing practice principles expected of a pharmaceutical industry, this should be done in conjunction with the process/operation officer.
  • To receive only Quality Assurance approved finished goods from the factory accompanied by duly approved relevant documents.
  • Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on stock/inventory items.
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety analysis (JSAs)
  • Shall carry out the issuing/dispensing of raw and packaging materials in accordance to duly approved BMR and PPR of products.
  • Make a compilation list of required raw and packaging materials to be procured/needed for product in use. And subsequently back it up with the necessary follow-up action to ensure prompt procurement of these materials.
  • To operate and maintain the smooth running of the water treatment plant from time to time in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Department.
  • And to carry out other duties as may be assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess OND qualifications with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
