Job Position: Female Human Resources Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions
The Human Resources Executive will:

• Compile and update employee records and job description.
• Manage daily and monthly reporting process and monitoring of KPI
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
• Receive employee requests and report same to the Head of Department.
• Initiate complaint and grievance procedure on behalf of staff at outstations.
• Assist with candidate recruitment and sourcing
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing verification data
• Manage staff performance and evaluation

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should:

• Be Female
• Have at least 4 years of HR experience.
