Job Position: Telesales Executive
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Lagos, and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• Our client is hiring Telesales Executives who are confident communicators, persuasive, and passionate about helping patients schedule the care they need.
• This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, energetic, and excited to be part of a modern healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into appointments
• Engage prospective patients with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
• Provide information about dental services and clinic locations
• Follow up on leads and maintain detailed call/CRM records
• Work closely with clinic teams to ensure seamless patient experience
• Meet weekly/monthly conversion targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Experience in telesales, call center, or customer service (healthcare is a plus)
• Ability to work with target-driven goals
• Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
• Must be based in either Lagos OR Abuja OR Port-Harcourt.

Compensation

• Base Salary: N200,000 Monthly
• Monthly performance incentive/bonus.
