We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Ticketer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ticketers will be responsible for booking passengers' seats on our Luxury buses and issuing tickets.
• They are to attend to both walk-in and online customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Book passengers travelling to various destinations in our route
• Provide tickets to customers
• Announce boarding schedules
• Answer customer inquiries at the booking office
• Provide any other relevant assistance to the customer regarding their trip

Requirements

• OND / NCE in Administration, Transport Management or related discipline.
• 2 years of cognate experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.
• Smart, energetic and honest person.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
