Job Summary

• We’re hiring a Ticketing and Sales Officer for a growing travel agency based on Lagos Island.
• This role involves booking flights, promoting travel deals, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Book local and international flights for customers
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Promote travel packages and convert leads into bookings
• Follow up with clients and build strong relationships
• Support the agency’s sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• OND or higher in any discipline
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in handling sales conversations
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable using digital tools
• Experience in sales, ticketing, or customer support is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
