WhoGoHost Recruitment for Customer Retention Intern

WhoGoHost was founded in 2007 by Opeyemi Awoyemi, then a student of Obafemi Awolowo University, to serve clients of his web design firm ennovateNIGERIA who also needed hosting for their websites. WhoGoHost was then simply a reseller that provided hosting services to customers, allowing them to pay in local currency.

Job Position: Customer Retention Intern

Job Duties

• Execute outbound calls to existing clients for service renewals.
• Identify customer concerns and collaborate with the appropriate team to provide timely and effective solutions.
• Educate clients about additional features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Collect feedback from clients about their experiences and reasons for non-renewal.
• Generate and maintain reports on renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.

Compensation

• N50,000 monthly + Commission.
