We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full time

 Job Responsibilities

• Good record keeping and documentation
• Facility Management and general housekeeping
• Ensure 100 percent compliance to Health and Safety regulations.
• General administration: management of office supplies, stationaries etc
• Assist in coordinating events and meetings, take minutes of meetings
• Provide general secretarial support where necessary to the HR/Admin department

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree or HND in social sciences or relevant course
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Vast knowledge and usage of Microsoft office packages
