Job Description

• Identify opportunities for premuim targeted training programs
• Analyzenew training needs and users' preference
• Coordination of the training programs of the unit.
• Sourcing of training faculties
• Supervision of training by ensuring that set standards are met.
• Marketing of training programs

Requirements

• A First Degree in Business Administration / Management or ICT related discipline from a reputable university
• 5 years of cognate experience.
• ICT proficiency
• Experience in innovative training development and marketing
• Experience in Research, Sales and Marketing
