Dek Global is a Real Estate company located in Opebi, Lagos State. We Build and Sell Homes & Properties, Property Development, Homes & Properties.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Business Development Manager is required to direct and oversee the activities of Dek Global Real Estate Strategy especially as it relates to profitability.
• Responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide facility management services.
• The BDM will be responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting suppliers & consultants and generally opening the door for the company’s technical teams to develop proposals for work as well as attending industry functions, organizing marketing events.
• Responsible for securing and closing new deals.
• Develop new business development, and manage existing accounts, contracts and renewals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
