We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lekki Peninsula, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Maintaining business relationships with prospective and subsisting clients.
• Recruiting and management of sales agents.
• Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
• Identification and execution of client acquisition strategies.
• Identifying and engaging emerging markets.
• Development and execution of sales strategies
• Ensure brand promotion and positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Marketing/Development, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in any related field.
• Must have experience in Real Estate sales/Marketing.
• Must be able to use Microsoft tools.
