Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited was licensed in 2009 by the Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as a microfinance bank,to take advantage of the new finance opportunity of providing banking services to the unserved but economically active population that cannot meet the requirement of the traditional commercial banks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The primary function/ task of the agents will be to open high value accounts such fixed deposit and project savings.
• The agents will participate in market campaign/ storms and promotion of the bank’s products.
• Observe and give feedback on market sentiments to supervisor.

Job Specification

• Academic Qualification: Minimum of HND/BSc
• Age: Maximum of 30 years
• Minimum of one year sales experience, preferably banking
• Residence: Proximity to the Surulere
• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal/ Networking skills
• Team work spirit
