We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Center Sales Representative
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will contact potential customers by telephone and complete tasks such as making cold calls to people who haven't expressed their interest, identifying customer needs, placing orders, and providing information about our products and services
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Social Sciences or related courses.
• 3 to 6 years of Call Center Sales experience and preferably experience working in a real estate industry.
