We’re a Nigerian online platform for customized clothing and accessories, a go-to-place for individuals and brands looking to realize their creative ideas on quality fabrics.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Cashier and Sales Officer

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage transactions with customers using cash POS
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• monitor print productions for payment
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Issue receipts at the pointof sale
• Cross-sell branding products
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-5 years of experience
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / Month
