We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Client Services Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Period & Mode of Engagement: Full-time employment with a probationary period of 6 months.
Reporting Line: The COO, Luvanex Builds

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships
• Interact and correspond with prospective clients
• Harness leads generated through social media
• Manage incoming leads
• Sort and Identify products and services to meet clients demands
• Identify key business strategy
• Obtain and process all client information, records and transactions
• Create new accounts and maintain client portfolios/p>
• Proffer solution to clients’ issues
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Prepares product or service reports by collating and analyzing customer information.

Required Qualifications

• HND/BSC in any field
• Must be 30 years of age as at last birthday
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a client service associate or other related roles
• Professional qualification in customer care/client service will be an added advantage
