We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Company Secretary

Job Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Board and Committee Meetings:

  • Attend board and committee meetings.
  • Draft detailed minutes, ensuring all board resolutions are accurately recorded.
  • Commercial Transactions:Collaborate with the team to preparevarious commercial transactions.

Statutory Registers and Compliance:

  • Maintain statutory registers and minute books.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory information with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
  • Conduct regulatory compliance audits.

Business Development:

  • Actively engage in business development efforts and initiatives to support company growth.

Regulatory Awareness:

  • Stay informed about existing laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of English or Mass Communication with a minimum of second-class upper(2:1)
  • 2 - 3 years of post-NYSC with corporate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business clients and team members.
  • ICSAN certification will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governanceand procedures.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Highly responsive, good work ethicethiclity to be a proactive and creative problem-solver.
  • Have a keen eye for detail coupled with good research experience.
  • Experience in using Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and, PowerPoint.
