Travelbeta, incorporated in 2014, is an IATA certified online travel company that offers flight booking, hotel reservation, visa assistance, tour packages, travel financing, Protocol services, and other travel needs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Care Agent

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attending to customers issues through inbound calls, social media platforms, emails and chats, as well as walk in customers.
• Making and confirming online flight and hotel bookings
• Upselling & Cross selling travel products and services
• Attending to customers' enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely manner
• Advising clients on suitable travel options for domestic or international destinations
• Meeting sales target and maximizing profit.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
• Applicant must reside in Port Harcourt, Nigeria
• Relevant experience as a Customer Care Agent in the travel industry and good knowledge of CRM systems is a MUST.
