They are used to recover various types of renewable resources, reduce environmental pollution, and promote the industrial development of Nigeria. Recycling Ant has opened a franchise model in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers
• Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services
• Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received
• Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers
• Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
• Updating customer records following each contact

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrationor its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and computer savvy
• Female only.

Salary
N70,000 / Month.
