Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The individual will be responsible for:

• Maintaining relationships with existing company clients
• Updating the produce list on a weekly basis
• Sending the updated list to clients via email and WhatsApp
• Preparing documents needed for order processing and delivery
• Responding to inquiries received via different channels (email, phone or WhatsApp) in a timely manner
• Processing orders for delivery
• Following up with clients if orders are not being received as expected
• Coordinating with the crop management and logistics teams to ensure clients receive requested supply in a timely manner
• Resolving complaints if and when they arise

• Courteous, well-spoken, patient
• Works well and maintains composure under pressure
• Positive attitude
• Efficient with tasks / good time management skills
• Able to work well with MS office and other simple software.
