Job Summary

• We're seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our restaurant offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, serving high-quality cuisine to our valued customer
• As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional service, address customer concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback
• Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification / BSC with 3 - 5  previous years as a customer service officer.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain patience

Desirable:

• Hospitality certification or training
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety protocols
