Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Job

• We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with experience in the hospitality industry, preferably food service.
• The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Guide customers with adequate product knowledge
• Process orders and ensure seamless customer experience
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams for order accuracy
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in food service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on a shift schedule, including weekends
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
