Bella Olonje Catering Service is an Online and Physical store that provides delicious, sumptuous, hygienic, and healthy food service for customers on a truly gastronomic experience without breaking the bank. We offer indoor and outdoor catering services, buffer services, tea breaks, office workshops, and training. We offer cafeteria services management.


We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Success Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the CEOto achieve accelerated growth goals.
  • Generate unique ideas for marketing and sales strategies to grow the restaurant.
  • Onboard and take daily orders from new clients across different offices.
  • Build and manage relationships with new and old customers.
  • Defining unique growth plans tailored to each customer.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 - 2 years OF work experience.
  • Passion for startups and the food industry
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to execute quickly.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, proven record of achieving targets
  • Strong communication skills
