Job Position: Customer Support Representative

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Act as a liaison
• Provide product / services information
• Answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND with at least 3 years of experience
• Good communication skills, written and oral.
• Ability to use a computer and operate a software.
• Experience working with customer support.

Salary
N30,000 / Month.
