Job Summary

• EJ Eatery is looking for a talented and experienced Eatery Manager to lead our Sapele team! If you’re passionate about delivering quality dining experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards
• Lead and schedule staff, conduct training, and monitor performance
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
• Drive customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or feedback
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
• Execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Passion for customer service and team-building.
