The company produces a wide variety of quality products to eat in restaurants or for take-aways. This includes oven-baked pastries such as meat pies, chicken pies, Tanta rolls and beef rolls. Tantalizers Africana produces food with a rich indigenous culinary culture including African soups such as ogbono, egusi, efori-iro and edikaing-kong. Other dishes produced at Tantalizers Africana include porridge yam, pottage beans, ofada rice, plantain, stock fish, cowleg and moin-moin.


Tantalizers Breakfast offers special breakfast deals ready as early as 7h30. Tantalizers Ice-cream is a range of mouth-watering soft-scoop ice-creams and hard ice-lollies. Tantalizers Bread is marketed under the Sunshine Bread brand. Tantalizers Cakes include a selection of cakes for celebrations which are customised on customer’s instructions. The company also produces an excellent choice of Chinese meals. Its catering division provides event catering services for private and corporate events as well as catering for industrial sites. Tantalizers Plc has 54 outlets located in the major towns and cities of Nigeria. Its head office is in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Position: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer

Job Description

  • The Executive Assistant we are in need of will work directly with the Managing Director/CEO and will be responsible for supporting the planning, administration, communication, reporting and following up the needs of the Managing Director/CEO, undertaking a variety of tasks to support hervision, strategy and tactics.
  • You are responsible for filtering and triaging inbound communications in line with business objectives and priorities working with other Executive Managment Committe members andDepartmental Managersto ensure on-time execution.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible – highlight and prioritise those that need MD/CEO attention.
  • Plan and maintain MD/CEO’s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all hermeetings.
  • Prepare ready Conference Room and Organize meetings for Board/Senior Management and Investors and compile meetings Agenda/Materials.
  • Sort, screen, review and distribute incoming and outgoing mails; prepare, compose and ensure timely responses to a variety of routine written enquiries.
  • Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Board and Senior ManagementTeam to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
  • Type up notes, emails, presentations and reports; circulate and file information
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and MD/CEO personal matters
  • Provide "Gatekeeper and Gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access MD/CEO's time and Office.
  • Schedule and organised travel meetings, seminars, conference calls and webinars.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree / HND in a related field or equivalent experience·
  • 4 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point·
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a MUST·
  • Effectively communicate with Executives, Board members, Senior Management Staff, Managersand employees.·
  • High level of organizational, time management and customer relations skills
  • .Strong time management and effective organisational skills, with the ability to think· laterally, work under pressure and achieve work deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to· interact effectively with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Excellent written and oral communication skills (in person, on phone, email, etc.)
  • Outstanding attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 Monthly.
