Job Description

• As our Space Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coworking space. 
• As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment. 
• This role requires excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with opportunities for professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, including handling customers with patience and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance skills in customer service, operations, and marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve member experience.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including billing, membership records, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service, office management, or coworking space operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / month.
