Since 2010, we have been providing solutions to enterprise telecommunication needs, such as the Unified Communication Systems with IP-PBX as its core component, as well as other telephony hardware, Voice-Over-IP Gateways and Other Value-Added Services, including Video Conferencing systems.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Front Desk / Customer Relationship Officer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

• Handling of all incoming Calls to the company
• Follow-up of prospects and customers for close of sales and after sales customer relationships.
• Prompt issuance of invoices to service-based customers, and liaising with the customer to ensure such invoices are settled in good time.
• Preparation of proposals and other business correspondences, both for business solicitation and products sale
• Partake in the marketing activities for the company’s core products and services
• Take responsibility for orderliness and conducive ambience within the office
