Responsibities
What you’ll do:

• Oversee, manage and support the successful opening of the hotel. 
• Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence.
• Align with Hyatt’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset.
• With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.
• Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.
• Bring Hyatt’s values to life for the benefit of colleagues, guests, customers and owners by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Leadership commitee member aspiring to become a General Manager
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders: Ownership; Corporate; hotel’s management, colleagues, clients and vendors.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills across owners, partners, guests, and teams
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial, guest, and colleague results
• History of collaboration in building and executing overarching hotel strategies on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Creative mind and entrepreneurial spirit. Embraces experimentation and Hyatt Ways of Working
• A Food & Beverage background will be an advantage
• Arabic speaking will be an advantage
