Job Position: General Manager

Job Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Expatriate General Manager at a new hospitality outfit located in Asaba.
• The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At t least 5 years previous experience as a General Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
