HEAD INCUBATION, ACCELERATION AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (IAPD)

Qualification:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or the sciences plus relevant certifications.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I.   Design, launch and maintain an active and engaged community, facilitating the growth of each participant start-up within Labs

II.   Manage the Labs admissions process to ensure a full roster of promising participants.

III. Interface and Collaborate with Hubs, Labs team and members to identify opportunities       and devise strategies to maximize those opportunities for value addition.

IV. On-boarding Tertiary Institutions, Manage relationships with the tertiary institutions,           students for incubation and acceleration.

V.  Organize workshops in collaboration with Hubs and ICT partners to incubate and                accelerate participants.

VI. Create and Coordinate and relationships with partners including institutions, start-up         cohorts, investors, other hubs etc.

VI. Seek new ideas and products that delivers value and create huge business                        opportunities for the company and the various communities it serves.

Experience

I. Deep knowledge of the incubation, acceleration and start-up ecosystem and existing         connections with influencers in the ecosystem.

II. Experience in operations, project management, event production, sales, and/or                  customer service.

III. Strategy and consulting capabilities, with business development mind-set.
