Role Summary

• The Head of New Business & Strategy will lead business growth by identifying new opportunities, driving pitches, and developing client strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies
• Identify and pursue high-value prospects
• Lead proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
• Build strong client and partner relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
• Conduct market and competitor research

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in advertising, strategy, or business development
• Proven success in winning pitches and driving revenue
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 per month.
