We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Location: Remote (but must be open to Travelling)

About the Role

  • We’re seeking an HR Executive who is not just an executor, but a strategic architect, ready to build structure from scratch, drive compliance, and create a thriving people-first culture.
  • If you’ve designed HR frameworks in a consulting firm or a startup, love operational clarity, and can align people practices to business goals, this is your chance to make a mark.

Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Structure:

  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and documentation systems tailored to hospitality operations.
  • Develop onboarding and offboarding frameworks, performance management systems, and employee lifecycle tools.
  • Create an HR Operations Manual and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

People Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job profiling, interviews, and onboarding for front-line, operations, and support roles.
  • Coordinate workforce planning to support new property launches or seasonal scaling.
  • Champion employee relations, address grievances, and nurture a transparent communication culture.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Drive initiatives that embed culture, values, and guest-centric service excellence.
  • Organize team engagement, recognition programs, and training rollouts aligned with brand tone.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop a strong employer brand both internally and externally.

Performance & Compliance:

  • Implement simple but effective performance management systems and monthly HR dashboards.
  • Ensure all employee records, contracts, and benefits are maintained accurately.
  • Work with Finance and Ops teams on HR budgeting, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of solid HR experience, strictly from hospitality industry
  • Strong grasp of HR operations, policy development, and Nigerian labor law.
  • High emotional intelligence, organizational skill, and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Hospitality or service sector experience is a strong advantage.
