We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Manager
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company and its subsidiaries.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and guide HR-related issues.
• Develop and implement employee engagement
• Initiatives to improve morale and retention.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Performance Management:

• Design and manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
• Work with managers to identify performance improvement needs and develop appropriate action plans.
• Coordinate promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs across the company and develop programs to address skill gaps.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for employees.
• Maintain training records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 6+ years of experience, including managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and manage HR systems effectively.
