We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Business Partner

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Improving relations between staff and employers
  • Planning and execute recruitment plans
  • Assist in the development of performance management program and take initiative to ensure motivation and retain of poorly performing employees
  • Assist in talent management by involving in promotion and selection
  • Engaging with heads of department.
  • Updating employee records
  • Overseeing employee relations
  • Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
  • Assist in implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Work with departmental management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with departmental objectives
  • Provide professional advice when needed
  • Implement strategies to help improve the department
  • Identify departmental issues encounter
  • Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures
  • On-boarding new starters/new staff inductions
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Human resources or any related course
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good communication skill
  • knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Computer savvy.
