Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Description

• We need a 22nd Century HR Manager to assist in building the capacity of the existing workforce, attract complementary professionals and build a productive culture of excellence and knowledge.
• Responsible for reviewing the organizational organogram and recommening a seamless structure.
• Design and manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
• Reviewing and ensuring current KSS and Training models are adapted for future challenges.
• Assist the CEO set up functional committees.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company
• Initiatives to improve morale and retention; Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Identify training needs across the company and develop programs to address skill gaps.
• Assist in the quality and dissemination of all external communications in order to ensure the brand image is enhanced.
• Review and design an appropriate Payroll structure to best industry standards.
• Coordinate promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary
• Developing a rigorous background checking model that is quick to disengage high risk personnel.
• Other traditional HR duties.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 / Month.
