Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, policy formulation, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. 
• The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of HR practices in the oil & gas environment, particularly with rotational workforce structures and union-related regulations. 
• As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to drive our human capital strategy and support a dynamic workforce of technical and field professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of both technical and administrative staff
• Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
• Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary procedures
• Oversee employee performance evaluations and development plans
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, NCDMB, NUPENG/PENGASSAN, and HSE policies
• Lead organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR documentation, audits, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the oil & gas sector
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor law and industry-specific regulations
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
