1.) Out-of-Studio Media Coordinator

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Handle all out-of-studio media operations with excellence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coverage of social and religious eventssuch as weddings, conferences, concerts, crusades, and other gatherings with top-quality photography, videography, and livestreaming.
• Pitch video and livestreaming services to businesses for adverts, product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and social media campaigns.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to secure bookings and grow client partnerships.
• Ensure seamless client service delivery from initial contact to final production.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in event coverage, media marketing, or client coordination.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Creative, business-minded, and results-driven.
• Ability to meet targets and work flexibly, including weekends when events demand.

2.) Media Training Cordinator

Job Details

• Bisimkha Media is seeking a proactive and innovative Media Training Coordinator to design, publicize, and execute training programs that empower individuals and organizations with media skills for today’s digital world.

Core Focus

• Develop, market, and deliver media training programs for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design training curricula for various identified audiences (media production, livestreaming, content creation, basic editing, social media management, etc.) and present for management approval.
• Publicize training programs online and offline to attract clients.
• Secure and manage clients for approved training courses, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Execute paid media training programs that are practical, engaging, and impactful.

Requirements

• Degree/OND/HND in Mass Communication, Education, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, media coordination, or content creation.
• Strong skills in curriculum design, client engagement, and marketing.
• Creative, business-minded, and target-driven.

3.) Studio Coordinator

Job Location: Garki, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Studio Coordinator to oversee daily studio operations, manage client productions, and drive income through active marketing.
• The ideal candidate will be creative, business-minded, and passionate about delivering high-quality media services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all in-studio productions and ensure smooth operations.
• Design flyers, videos, and other marketing materials to actively promote Bisimkha Media’s offerings to generate sales and meet monthly targets.
• Diligently market offerings via Bisimkha Media’s social media handles through organic and sponsored ads.
• Follow up on all enquiries and engagements until leads convert to paying clients.
• Build strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, businesses, NGOs, schools, and influencers to expand the client base.
• Submit weekly campaign performance reports showing reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Manage client and guest relationships from enquiry to delivery.
• Liaise with the production crew to maintain quality in audio, lighting, and editing.
• Upload and optimise social media posts and manage engagement

Work Hours:

• 8am to 5pm Mondays to Friday (with one flexible day/hours for networking events, exhibitions, or off-site client meetings)
• Half day on Saturdays

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or media coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.

Remuneration

• Fixed Salary: N100,000 Monthly.
• Performance-Based Commission on revenue exceeding monthly targets.
