We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Executive Assistant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • As the Executive Assistant to the Group Managing Director (GMD), your primary role will be to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the MD, assisting in managing and prioritizing their time effectively.
  • This position plays a key role within the organization, requiring previous project support and administrative experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be adept at multitasking, and demonstrate the ability to proactively resolve issues.

Main Duties
Diary and Email Management:

  • Manage and maintain the MD’s diary and email account.
  • Filter, prioritize and organize inbound emails, highlighting urgent correspondence, and managing attachments.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Respond to emails, handling appointments, and other requests.
  • Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and requests.
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of the MD with direct reports, committees, and groups.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the MD.

Document Management:

  • Keep and maintain accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD. Keep and retrieve files.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence on behalf of the MD, including general replies.
  • Minute general meetings as required and conduct research on behalf of the MD.

Visitor Management:

  • Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of and organized.

Project Lead:

  • Act as the project lead in the absence of the MD.
  • Update project costing schedules on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide the MD with necessary expense and reimbursement weekly.

Additional Duties:

  • Attend supervision, training, and meetings as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks around the company as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English or Literature
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven Experience in Executive Assistance to Manager
  • Excellent typing skills, speed, and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Person Specification:

  • Awareness of Health and Safety standards, along with a high understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace.
  • Common sense, etiquette, and the ability to think on one’s feet.
  • Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bright, confident personality, Well presented and highly personable.
  • Willingness to travel.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

2.) ICT Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • As an ICT Manager at PATJEDA Group, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure, including computers, printers, Internet connections, audio/visual systems, and phone systems for our properties.
  • This role will involve developing and managing department budgets, overseeing day-to-day IT activities, and ensuring maximum operating efficiency of computer systems and networks.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Essential Functions

  • Develop, manage, and maintain department budget
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the information technology function, plan and organize work to ensure maximum operating efficiency
  • Understand all standards and customized features and functions of hotel front office systems, point of sale systems, and other systems
  • Control computer room key/lock and ensure compliance with company security specifications
  • Establish, document, test, and communicate appropriate emergency procedures for inoperable computer systems
  • Monitor the performance of software and maintain performance reports
  • Install and test corporate approved program changes to the computer systems
  • Work closely with the Engineering department to ensure proper maintenance of all in-room technology

Job Requirements
Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Information Technology from an accredited college or university, or five years’ experience in the field
  • A+ Certification or equivalent experience
  • CCNE Certification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments and to stand, walk, and climb as needed
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in a variety of software and hardware programs with recent training and experience
  • Experience with phone systems, Wi-Fi hardware, fiber software and hardware, and daily use of office equipment such as printers, copy machines, and fax machines
  • Must be on call, able to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in information technology highly preferred
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality-related information technology

3.) Call Center Representative (CCR)

Job Description 

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative (CCR). As a Call Center Representative at Patjeda Group, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM software to document and track customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Provide accurate information about Patjeda Group's services and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Meet or exceed customer service and call handling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and first call resolution rates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the call center to enhance the overall customer experience.
