Stirling Trust Company Limited, a duly licensed company providing Cash-In-Transit, Logistics & Outsourcing services with its Head Office in Ikoyi Lagos and regional offices spread within the geopolitical zones of Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) IT Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective


  • To support the IT Manager in the maintenance of computers and servers, related applications, email systems and phones, software and hardware, update websites, manage social media platforms and assigned projects in the Lagos office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, virtualization and storage under guidance of IT Manager
  • Support daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
  • Assist in the repair and recover from hardware and software failures.
  • Assist to manage planning and scheduling upgrades and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Assist in managing disaster recovery, business continuity and back up of IT services

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Minimum qualification of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering or B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or related academic discipline required
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to explain complex ideas to others
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient ability to remain highly effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to diagnose, identify and troubleshoot wide range of technical issues quickly and correctly
  • Solid knowledge of operating system configuration and troubleshooting Windows systems
  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Must have strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of server configuration and standard network operations services – DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, HYPER-V, SMTP, POP, IMAP, HTTPS, synchronization, time, file and print services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012 R2, Group Policy Administration, Office 365 and backup solutions
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, which may require extended hours to meet time deadlines.

2.) IT Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • To securely and reliably maintain computers and servers, related applications, email systems and phones, software and hardware, update websites, manage social media platforms and assigned projects in the Lagos office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Managing IT infrastructure for operations including desktops, servers, virtualization and storage under guidance of Executive Director in charge of projects
  • Manage disaster recovery, business continuity and back up of IT services
  • Manage all digitization projects for the company’s social media campaigns from conceptualization of graphics to execution on social media platforms
  • Daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
  • Repair and recover from hardware and software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted users.
  • Manage planning and scheduling upgrades and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Interface and oversee external IT contractors to ensure qualitative and timely delivery on contracts and SLA.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Minimum qualification of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering or B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or related academic discipline required
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • MCP or MCSE will be an added advantage.

3.) Head of Logistics

Job Location: Ikoyi - Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • Responsible for the management and operation of logistics assets (trucks, vehicles etc), distribution and transportation of goods from the manufacturer to the warehouse and finally to the consumer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
  • Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance
  • Manage the efficient operation of trucks, trailers, tankers and other articulated and semi articulated vehicles for profitability
  • Devise effective means of monitoring drivers of logistic vehicles with their aides ensuring that only authorized client goods are conveyed and delivered to designated locations
  • Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports
  • Introduce and monitor IT software and devices for logistics performance such as Trackers for effectiveness, maintenance and accuracy
  • Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process. Ensure effective logistics implementation takes place relating to the changes
  • Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency
  • Select carriers/suppliers and monitor service against performance criteria
  • Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others
  • Explore ways of growing the logistics business through relationship management, networking and social media postings.

Qualifications & Experience required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
