1.) Pharmacist

Job Locations: Victoria Island and Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: 4 days a week 8am-8pm (random shifts)

Job Description


  • Community pharmacists are well-respected professionals within their local community who use their expert knowledge of medicines to help patients get the best possible care and outcomes from their medicines.
  • As a community pharmacist, you'll be responsible for dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medicines that help people to maintain and improve their lives, in a cost-effective way. 
  • You will be responsible for constantly monitoring the quality, safety, and use of medicines, which requires a high level of interaction with patients, providing advice and information about the use of medicines and medical appliances.
  • As a community pharmacist, you will work alongside pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support staff, such as pharmacy assistants to deliver the pharmacy service. 
  • Each person is a high valued member of the pharmacy team. Your location of work will typically be a high street pharmacy, part of a chain or an independent, or you might work in a doctor's practice or health centre.

Key Responsibilities
As a community pharmacist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medicines to the public: Reviewing prescriptions from doctors to ensure accuracy and suitability for the patient, including the dosage, ingredients required, and correctly and safely labelled.
  • Supervise the preparation of any medicines when not supplied ready-made by manufacturers
  • Maintaining accurate pharmacy records, patient profiles, charge system files, and inventories: Maintaining a register of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes
  • Liaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals to monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of medications
  • Advising the public on medicines, side-effects of medicines and the treatment of minor ailments
  • Providing advice on specialist health care issues, such as vaccinations, blood pressure, smoking cessation, cholesterol monitoring and diabetes
  • Screening: 
    • Managing, supervising, educating and training pharmacy support staff
    • Management of pharmacy finances and medicines budgets
    • Ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs
    • Maintaining stock and storing and handling it correctly.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields with relevant work experience.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.

2.) Medical Doctor

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: 48 hours on and 48 hours off.

Job Description

  • The Doctor shall be available for 10 hrs per day.
  • To examine all patients on admission in ICU/ ER/ other such Clinical area as designated by Clinical Administration from time to time.
  • To order investigations under guidance of the departmental Head/ Coordinator
  • To write and fill up all documents and patients history sheet and MLC and other such forms as ordered by Clinical Administration from time to time.
  • To train nurses, paramedical and support staffs while on duty and as ordered by the clinical admin from time to time
  • To seek Consultation and do referrals to Specialist and Consultants from time to time as per Clinical protocol and company policies.
  • To stay in the ward (ICU/General Ward/ ER or other such areas) at all time during the duty hour except 30 minutes lunch/ tea break. The time of break should be subject to patient condition in the ward and ICU and approval from Clinical admin from time to time.
  • To take and give written handover at the bedside at the beginning and end of the duty shift.
  • To rectify or correct any clerical / other such errors committed by the retainer here in agrees to visit the hospital at the earliest irrespective of the next schedule of the duty shift.
  • To document all administrative related policies and other such documents of similar nature as guided by the clinical Coordinator and general administration from time to time.

Qualifications

  • MBBS, must have completed NYSC.

Salary
N350,000 per month with accommodation.

3.) Locum Pharmacist

Job Location: Victoria lsland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Dispensing and distributing medication accurately and safely
  • Managing pharmacy inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Keeping accurate records of medication dispensing and patient information
  • Supervising pharmacy technicians and assistants
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Advising patients and healthcare providers on medication use and potential side effects
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Active state license to practice pharmacy
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist
  • Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.

Work Schedule: 

  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm morning and 2pm-9pm afternoon
  • Alternate weekly shifts and alternate full weekends Saturday 8am-9pm and Sunday 12pm-9pm.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.

4.) Procurement officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

  • Source and procure goods, services, and works, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition, while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Procurement Planning: Develop procurement plans, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Tendering and Bidding: Manage tendering and bidding processes, ensuring transparency and fairness.
  • Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and negotiations to ensure best value for the organization.

Requirements
Education and Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Certifications: Certifications, such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), are desirable.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
