Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage

Job description 

• Generating Leads

• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

• Conducting market research on competitive market.

• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.

• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets and exceed sales quotas.

• Demonstrating product features to customers, handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

• Contacting potential and existing customers on phone and in person

• Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made

• Participating in sales team meeting

• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.

Requirement 

• HND/BSC/BA in marketing, business administration or related field 

• 2-4 Years Proven working sales experience 

• Proven working experience in construction, real estate and home finishing industry.

• Experience in direct marketing and Sales

• Proven success story managing e-commerce sales

• Up-till-date knowledge of B2b trade process 

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Good knowledge of the usage of computer, tablet and smart phone.

• Ability to speak two local languages 

• Microsoft (MS) Windows utilities/tools, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.

Renumeration 

Basic – N50,000 + attractive commission
