We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Outlet Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Management:

• Supervise daily restaurant activities, including food preparation and service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Staff Supervision & Training:

• Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
• Work on promotional activities and upselling strategies.

Inventory & Cost Control:

• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND qualification with 1 - 3 years of experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
