Job Position: Sales Executive (FMCG - Flour Products)
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in flour products such as plantain flour, yam flour, cassava flour, etc.
• The ideal candidate must have previously worked with Ayoola Foods or Ola Ola Flour (or similar brands) and possess a strong track record of driving sales, expanding market share, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the FMCG flour market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retailers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure prompt collection of receivables and maintain proper sales documentation.
• Conduct product presentations, promotions, and sampling where necessary.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience in FMCG flour products (plantain flour, yam flour, cassava flour, etc.).
• Previous work experience with Ayoola or Ola Ola Flour (or similar FMCG brands) is a must.
• Strong sales negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Good knowledge of local markets, distributors, and sales channels.
