Job Position: Senior Associate, Human Resources Consulting
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Associate Human Resources Consulting at SIAO Partners located in Lagos, with the flexibility of some work from home.
• The Senior Associate will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Benefits Administration proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
