Job Position: Social Media and Content Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Strategy
• Develop and manage a monthly socialmedia calendar tailored to each platform
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to adapt our content strategy
• Platform-Specific Content Creation
• Create and adapt unique content for every of our social media platforms.
• Know how to vary formats: Reels, Stories, Carousels, Tweets, and TikTok videos
• Shoot and edit short product videos, behind-the-scenes clips, unboxings, etc.
• Use basic editing tools
• Community Engagement
• Ensure visuals, captions, and tone match the strength of each platform
• Video Production Shooting
• Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions professionally
• Monitor brand tags and user-generated content
• Performance Tracking
• Analyze content performance and provide weekly reports with insights
• Suggest improvement strategies based on analytics

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing brand social media (perfume or fashion is a plus)
• Strong creative eye and sense of aesthetics
• Basic video shooting & editing skills (you don’t need to be a pro, just creative)
• Understanding of platform-specific audience behavior (Instagram, TikTok, X)
• Ability to work on-site and shoot content with team/product
• Good written English with creative captioning ability
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and passionate about brand growth.

• Salary: N150,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
