Tomi's Treats Limited - A Pioneer in the Afro-Caribbean Organic Baby Food Market. Tomis Treats is a 100% organic baby food company providing fruit purees to children. Our products are packaged in colorful squeezy pouches with child safety baby caps and are sold in leading supermarkets in Nigeria and Ghana.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description


  • We require an experienced MALE Business Development Officer with a successful background in acquiring business leads-through a combination of direct approaches to businesses, and introduction through networking and intermediaries thereby increasing company turnover and profitability to join the team.
  • Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism

Other duties the Business Development Officer should be able to do include:

  • Bring in new clients and chase sales leads
  • Be a dedicated brand ambassador
  • Build up a collection of good marketing literature
  • Maintain great client relationships
  • Bring in creative ideas to move the Company forward.

Qualifications & Experience

  • He must be between the ages of 28 - 34
  • The candidate must be based in Lagos
  • University Degree in Business Administration or any good course
  • 3 years post NYSC experience in similar field of Business Development and Marketing
  • Experience leading customer experience and continuous improvement initiatives a plus
  • The candidate must possess:
  • A proven track record in B2B new business
  • A good level of computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills-ability to remain calm under pressure.
