Rubystar Limited is a Fintech company that provides loan services via online app.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Agent

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manages recovery of overdue loan.
• Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
• Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE/OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 2 years of work experience.
• Previous experience in tele-collection or Customer Service will be an added advantage
• Have strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Must have Android Phone.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly Plus daily/weekly bonuses up to N15,000.
