Job Brief

• We are looking for an Customer service/ admin to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company databases
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Requirements and skills

• HND / B.Sc in any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role or administrative roles
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic Knowledge of accounting
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must reside close to the job location.
