Job Description

• The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all customer touchpoints, including social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and digitally savvy.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Manage customer engagement across social media and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
• Uphold company standards and customer service policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a customer service role
• Social media savvy with experience handling online customer engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
